Quisqueya In Action empowers Dominican and Latino youth through leadership development, cultural education, and academic support while preserving and celebrating our Dominican heritage. Since 1987, we have united the community through programs that promote college readiness, cultural pride, and civic engagement. Our mission is to uplift future generations, strengthen families, and keep our traditions alive through meaningful programs, community service, and the annual Dominican Festival of Rhode Island.

Our Vision
Quisqueya In Action envisions a thriving community where Dominican culture is celebrated, youth are empowered to achieve their full potential, and families are connected through education, leadership, and cultural pride. We strive to build a future where every young person has access to academic opportunity, cultural identity, and the support needed to become confident, successful leaders. Our long‑term vision includes establishing a Youth and Family Center that serves as a home for cultural learning, community engagement, and the preservation of our Dominican heritage for generations to come.
